Meet Our Founder

Entrepreneur | Strategic Leader

Ajit GS

Ajit is a visionary entrepreneur and business leader with a distinguished career spanning consulting,

strategy, and hospitality. A former corporate professional turned founder, he brings with him a rare

blend of analytical precision, creative thinking, and people-centered leadership.

Motivated by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for creating meaningful experiences, Ajit

transitioned from consulting to the world of business and hospitality. He co-founded Dr. Sheesha,

one of Bangalore’s pioneering experiential lounges, followed by Stories, a popular microbrewery

and bar concept that quickly became a neighborhood success story. Building on these

achievements, he founded Crimson and Clover Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., a Bangalore-based company

that has successfully developed and operated a diverse portfolio of brands including FLO, CBD

(Central Bar District), Rasai, Café Del Sol, Bento Lab, Chat Chatore, and The Curry Express.

FLO Church Street

FLO is where Bangalore comes to turn up the night. A high-energpretenselub and restobar, FLO is
known for its vibrant vibe, DJ-driven sets, and crowd that keeps the dance floor alive till late.
It’s a space designed for movement and mood, with bold cocktails, global bites, and neon-lit energy that
captures the pulse of the city. Whether it’s after-work unwinding or weekend celebrations, FLO is where
the night begins and memories take shape.

Central Bar District

At CBD, we bring together the old-world charm of Bangalore with a modern, upbeat bar experience
right in the heart of Church Street.

Our menu celebrates Indian fusion flavours reimagined with contemporary flair, paired with signature cocktails that are truly out of this world.

Following the success of our flagship outlet at Church Street, we have brought the CBD experience to a
new address, CBD East, HAL.

Bento Lab

Bento Lab brings Asia’s most vibrant flavors together in one delicious experience. From fiery street-style
starters to soulful noodles and aromatic curries, every dish is made to balance freshness, flavor, and flair.
